Chocolate Protein Smoothie
Thanks again to the legends at The Sorrento Social Club for the inspiration to create our own version of their cafe-level Chocolate Protein Smoothie.
Serves: 1
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1–2 dates, pitted
- 1 cup Madame Tiger Original Tiger Nut Milk
- 1 frozen banana, chopped
- 1 tbsp cacoa powder
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter (optional)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 scoop plant based chocolate or vanilla protein powder
- Pinch of salt
- Cacao nibs, for sprinkling on top
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a blender
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy
- Pour into a glass and top with a sprinkle of crunchy cacao nibs
