Chocolate Protein Smoothie

Thanks again to the legends at The Sorrento Social Club for the inspiration to create our own version of their cafe-level Chocolate Protein Smoothie. 

Serves: 1
Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1–2 dates, pitted
  • 1 cup Madame Tiger Original Tiger Nut Milk
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cacoa powder
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter (optional) 
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1 scoop plant based chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cacao nibs, for sprinkling on top 

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy
  3. Pour into a glass and top with a sprinkle of crunchy cacao nibs
