SMOOTHIES ARE LIFE

After some super healthy breakie inspo with over 10g of protein?! Look no further, we have got you covered with our three healthy, tasty favs. 
The method is the same for all of these recipes: put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until it makes a deliciously smooth smoothie.
 
1. Pinacolada don't mind if I do... in the morning! (10.5g protein) 
1/2 cup pineapple (I do frozen)
1/2 cup of mango (again frozen if it ain't their season)
1 passionfruit
300ml of Madame Tiger's Original Tiger Nut Milk
2. Bananamongst the berries (10.5g protein)
1 banana
5 strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
300ml of Madame Tiger's Original Tiger Nut Milk 
3. Salted Caramel Baby (10.5g protein) 
5 fresh dates
1 pinch of sea salt
1 banana
300ml of Madame Tiger's Original Tiger Nut Milk 
But heck you can’t really go that wrong with a smoothie, fruit wizzed up with tiger nut milk is mostly delicious so experiment away. Let us know your successes and fails if you even can fail at a smoothie!  
P.S. If you feel the need to add some extra greens to your life pop some spinach or kale in there too, you won't even taste it, I promise! Although with anything spinachy it will turn green... yikes! But it will still taste yum!
