Vegan Chai Infused Bircher Muesli

Serves 2

Ingredients

1 tsp of Chai Tea or 1 x Chai Tea Bag 

1 cup of Madame Tiger Barista Milk 

1 cup of rolled oats

1 tbsp of chia seeds 

¼ cup of coconut flakes

¼ cup of flaked almonds 

Optional toppings: Apple, muesli, maple syrup, raspberries, coconut yoghurt 

Method

The night before:

  1. Brew tea with just enough boiling water to submerge the leaves
  2. Add Madame Tiger Barista Milk 
  3. Once cooled, mix together all ingredients (except the toppings) into a container that seals shut 
  4. Once all ingredients are combined, seal shut and leave in the fridge overnight to soak 

In the morning: 

  1. Spoon out the mixture into 2 serving bowls, add your toppings and enjoy!
