Warehouse & Production Allrounder – Full-Time
About the role
We're looking for an energetic all-rounder to join our team in Carrum Downs. Your main focus will be order fulfilment and warehouse management, but this is not a one-lane job. On production days you'll jump onto the floor to help out, and on any day you'll be the kind of person who says "I've got it" when something needs doing, whether or not it's technically your job.

Your day will include…
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and on time
- Managing warehouse stock, receiving deliveries, organising inventory, keeping the space tidy and safe
- Jumping in on the production line on production days, packing, labelling, quality checks, clean down, whatever's needed
- Helping keep the plant running smoothly day to day, general upkeep, ad hoc jobs, supporting the wider team wherever there's a gap to fill
- Spotting problems before they become problems, and helping sort them out straight away
To be successful in this role…
- You will have a genuine can-do attitude and a willingness to roll your sleeves up, this is the single most important thing!
- You will be reliable, punctual, and someone who takes ownership of their work
- You will be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (lifting, standing, moving stock)
- You will be comfortable working as part of a small team where roles overlap and priorities can shift during the day
- You might have a forklift licence, it’s a bonus but not essential, we're happy to help the right person get one
- You might have previous warehouse, logistics, hospitality, or food manufacturing experience… it’s helpful but not required, let’s be real attitude matters more than resume, you can always learn on the job.
