You're seeing this top shelf chai on here because it is a firm family fav! The top shelf blend from the gang at Caravan Chai (aka the chai lords) is perfect for the hard core chai fanatics and those new comers to the wonderful world of chai.
Large assam leaves provide a full bodied tea flavour without too much tannin and zero bitterness. The spices are perfectly balanced to give a hearty aroma presenting warmth up front, offset by the sweetness of maple syrup and just enough of that aniseed aftertaste, to leave a lasting impression.
Coupled with our Barista Tiger Nut Milk, it's one heck of a combo.
Ingredients: Chai spice blend (ginger, cloves, dates, star anise, fennel seed, cinnamon, cardamon, brown sugar, pink peppercorns), Maple syrup, Assam black tea.
MAY CONTAIN PEANUT, ALMOND.
How to brew
HOME - Whack 25 grams of chai into a saucepan with 400ml of Madame Tiger Barista Tiger Nut Milk. Brew over a medium heat until steamy. Strain into your favourite chai mug and sip away.
BARISTAS - Whack 25 grams of chai into the bottom of a jug. Add just enough boiling water to submerge the leaves, allow to brew for 3-4 minutes. Add Madame Tiger Barista Tiger Nut Milk and steam. Strain into a cup & serve with a grin.

How does it foam?
With ease. If I can do it anyone can do it! Foams seriously well to give you the tiger latte you deserve!
